As a graduate of Osceola County Public Schools and Florida State Colleges, Shan understands the importance of funding and programming. She will work to increase afterschool program funding, including facilities, virtual reality (VR), and programming, increase teacher pay, access to early education, and workforce training programs. Shan will work to expand the education, awareness, and funding for mental health and drug treatment.
